We all have different gifts to give to the world.

Here are some of the teachers and leaders in my life that I want to share with you.

Regenerative leaders know that healing is central to leadership.

Healing is a continual process.

It is a collective process.

In order to heal, we must open ourselves to others to witness us, to hold us and to see us. It isn’t comfortable. It requires bravery and love.

When you are ready to deepen your journey…

What Matters? How to Spend Your Time When Everyone and Everything Are Trying to Buy It

Ready to answer some deep questions to help you get to what truly matters to you? By completing this journal, you will have a greater sense of your values and purpose in this lifetime. I recommend* this journal by Andrew Llamas, because it is straightforward and thought-provoking. Bring family and friends into this process by opening up exploratory discussions about “What Matters"?” using the questions from this book, so you can cultivate a meaningful life together.

Decolonize Your Mind

Consider learning from my teacher, Dra. Rosales Meza.

Dra. Rocío Rosales Meza is a Xicana/Mexicana Seer, initiated medicine woman, Counseling Psychology Ph.D., on the Ñusta Paqo path in the Q’ero Inca lineage. She is also a spiritual guide, teacher, speaker, and writer. While she is multi-gifted, she believes that it is her spiritual gifts and ability to cultivate compassion and alchemy that are her greatest gifts.

Becoming a Good Ancestor

Read and do the work in the books Me & White Supremacy by Layla Saad. There are several versions of this book, and I encourage us all to read them all and to do the journal prompts.

Layla compassionately calls white-bodied people out to see our socialization to white supremacy, and call us in to do the work and to be an integral ally.

If you are a white-bodied person and want support going through this work, please follow Emily Johnsson at Wish Tree. She holds an annual gathering for white-bodied persons to come together and do the work with open hearts and open minds.

Regenerative Patterns through the Organizational Lens

If you want to transform your organization from mechanistic to regenerative, I recommend working with nRhythm, an organization design company that uses a living systems framework to create healthy workplaces. nRhythm also offers a Regenerative Leadership Program that I highly recommend if you want to understand how to apply regenerative principles through the organizational lens.

I am an nRhythm affiliate because I love their work and their team.
